High Court battle against NHS ‘stealth privatisation’
A clinical commissioning group failed to consult the public before it allowed a US company to take control of doctor’s surgeries in a case condemned by campaigners as NHS ‘privatisation by stealth.’ Anjna Khurana, a Labour member of Islington Council, is applying for a judicial review against North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (NCLCCG) and NHS England.
