Homeless Romanian pervert on the loose

A homeless man accused of molesting two 14-year-old girls continues to be a ‘danger’ to children because he has no address and cannot be summonsed to court. Romanian Rembo Veron Chelu, 27, sexually assaulted the first youngster in Trafalgar Square on February 15 last year, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard.
