Hoverboard tycoon ‘attacked girlfriend’

The founder of a hoverboard company assaulted his ex-girlfriend after she tried to leave him, a court heard. Lance Gittens-Bernard, 29, allegedly attacked Diane Amrieva at her home, then kicked and elbowed a police officer during a struggle on March 24. Ms Amrieva was left with scratches to her arm while WPC Nicola Devlin suffered bruising, Hammersmith Magistrates’ Court heard.
