Huge fine for mayor’s land dept after horror accident

The London Mayor’s housing department has been fined £250,000 after a billboard collapsed on to an advertising executive. Jeff Teader, 50, suffered serious head and upper body injuries a wall belonging to the Greater London Authority Land and Property Ltd gave way in high winds.
