Savers lost fortunes in ‘Friendly Pensions’ scam

Two fraudsters are facing jail today (fri) for their involvement in a £14m scam which saw the boss of a company called ‘Friendly Pensions’ kill himself. Alan Barratt, 62, and Susan Dalton, 66, persuaded 245 victims to part with their savings between 2012 and 2014.
