Immigration advice? Come to my office in McDonalds

A immigration consultant with no legal training gave clients advice from his ‘office’ in McDonald’s, a court heard today (weds). Mukesh Oad, 37, worked out of the Harrow branch of the burger joint and was also open for business in the nearby Costa Coffee in Harrow, northwest London. Oad admitted facing 14 charges of offering immigration advice between January 2014 and the summer of 2015.
