‘Iraqi telecom firm launches bid to overturn $1.65bn arbitration award’

Lawyers representing an Iraqi Telecom firm on the losing end of an $1.65bn arbitration award will today (mon) begin their efforts to overturn the judgment in the Dubai-based International Chamber of Commerce.
