‘Islamic convert was planning mustard gas attack’

An Islamic convert was caught by anti-terror police with an ‘attack plan’ and the recipe for mustard gas in his rucksack, a court heard. Jordan Richardson, 20, was arrested near his home by Counter Terrorism Policing North East, supported by Humberside Police, on 19 December.
