Islamist discussed attacking Queen’s funeral

An Islamic convert planned to kill a Christian preacher at Speakers’ Corner just days after discussed carrying out an attack at the Queen’s funeral, a court heard. Edward Little, 21, was arrested while attempting to buy a gun to shoot 40-year-old Hatun Tash in Hyde Park, on 23 September 2022.
