Jail for bent immigration judge Rasib Ghaffar

A crooked immigration judge who raked in £140,000 from a multi-million pound legal aid fraud has been jailed for three years. Rasib Ghaffar, 54, was paid to representing a client at Bournemouth Crown Court in the case involving Indian restaurants employing illegal immigrants when he was not even there.
