Jail for the fraudster who put nine million National Lottery accounts at risk

A fraudster who hacked into the National Lottery has been jailed for nine months. Anwar Batson, 29, used Sentry MBA to access just one of 9,000,000 personal online accounts and withdraw cash. The father of one discovered the software when googling ‘computer hacking tools’ during a ‘malaise’ after his mother’s death, Southwark Crown Court heard.
