Journalist ‘stalked George Osborne and wife for 13 months’

Former Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne and his wife suffered ‘psychological harm’ after they were stalked for more than a year by a journalist, a court heard. Lydia Suffield, 27, denied stalking Mr Osborne, 53, and wife Thea Rogers, 41, between 8 June 2022, and 5 July 2023, when she appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
