JUDGE ‘MYSTIFIED’ AFTER EXPENSES FIDDLE MP IS EXCUSED FROM COURT

A senior judge today (tues) said he was ‘mystified’ after a former Labour minister accused of fiddling his parliamentary expenses was excused from attending court.
