Judge slams CPS for ‘shortchanging the taxpayer’

A judge has blasted the Crown Prosecution Service for trying to shortchange the taxpayer in a sex trafficking case. Dan Wong, 45, and 74-year-old Gary Rich trafficked the young woman and forced her into prostitution, telling her they had close connections to MI5 and Philip Hammond.
