Plastic surgeon ‘drove into woman getting out of ambulance’

A plastic surgeon is facing trial after she drove into a a 79-year-old woman getting out of a private ambulance. Hawys Lloyd-Hughes, 44, hit Rozila Dharamshi, 79, who suffered multiple fractures after the accident Carlton Place, Northwood, northwest London – where there is a 10mph speed limit.
