Killer caught by DNA he left on knife

A thug who stabbed a rival to death is facing a life sentence after police found his DNA on the murder weapon. Antoine Roehrig, 22, stabbed 19-year-old Eltom Mohamed Eltom 10 times in Maida Vale, northwest London, on Halloween night in 2020. Roehrig denied murder but was convicted by a jury at Isleworth Crown Court. He was tracked down after police found his DNA on the large kitchen knife used to kill Mr Eltom.
