Killer driver confesses to killing mother and baby

A driver has admitted killing a mother and baby in a road crash. Nicole Newman, 23, was hit by a car as she pushed her eight-month-old son Luciano Bianco-Ashley in a buggy across a road in Penge, southeast London.
