Labour councillor faces jail for cocktail bar attack

A Labour councillor who repeatedly pinched a woman at a cocktail bar and invited her to the toilets is facing jail. Daniel Lee-Phakoe, 39, assaulted the woman during a social function at the Devonshire Terrace near Liverpool Street station on 5 May 2023.
