A builder who stamped on a City worker’s head and left him unconscious in a late night brawl at a Tube station has been spared jail. Jack Brooker, 30, brutally assaulted Preven Vahesan and his brother Olivier Vahesan after an argument broke out on the stairs at North Harrow station on 12 March 2023.
