Let-off for road rage driver who rammed cyclist off his bike

A driver who rammed a cyclist into an HGV vehicle in a ‘moment of madness’ has been spared jail. Polish plumber Adam Ruszkowski, 37, was driving along Lambeth Walk Road in south London on 29 August 2023 when he was overtaken by software engineer Thomas Purchase who was on his bike cycling towards the centre of the road.
