Let-off for gambling addict who tried to empty stranger’s bank account

  A fraudster who tried to pay off his gambling and drug debts by emptying a stranger’s bank account was spared jail. David Bluestone, 64, swiped £9,900 from James Harman’s Santander account using a fake Italian driving licence.
