Let-off for millionaire benefits fraudster

A mother of three who was awarded the £1.3m family home and a Turkish villa in a divorce battle has escaped jail. Ellen De Bruin, 55, failed to disclose ownership of the holiday property to the Department of Work and Pensions in November 2011.
