Life for killer chef who told victim’s family he is ‘so sorry’

A part-time chef who stabbed a fellow teenager to death and told the victim’s family he was ‘so sorry’ was locked up for at least 15 years. Saeed Ibrahim, 19, painted himself as the victim after he murdered Anis Omar Zen, 19 in Stanmore, northwest London last September.
