Lloyds Bank clerk passed on pictures of customer accounts
A Lloyds Bank employee has admitted exposing customers to losses worth more than £3m. Simran Mann, 26, compromised multiple Lloyds bank accounts by taking 21 images revealing confidential information between 1 September 2020 and 6 May 2021. ‘Miss Mann was the source of the images which displayed £3.1m worth of assets,’ said Stephen Frederick, prosecuting. ‘Most of the accounts were from elderly people.
