Lockdown laws ‘are unlawful’ says businessman
Lockdown laws paralysing the country are unlawful because they were passed without proper debate, the High Court heard. Aviation tycoon Simon Dolan, 51, is trying to win a judicial review against Covid measures introduced on March 26.
