A nurse rubbed his hands up and down an amputee’s stumps and whispered: ‘I like to touch you’, a hearing was told. Edgar Batallones allegedly exposed the shocked patient’s nipple and caressed it with his ‘thumb and index finger’ while on duty at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Roehampton, southwest London.
