Mentally ill teenager knifed cousin to death

  A mentally ill teenager who stabbed his cousin to death faces being detained indefinitely at a secure hospital. Mosa Abid, 19, knifed 18 year-old Moamen Settar at the family home in Buddings Circle, Wembley, northwest London, on 15 October last year.
