Minicab driver cleared of sexual assault after he claims woman tried to put his hand up her skirt

A minicab accused of sexually assaulting an American tourist has been cleared after he told a jury he grabbed his hand and tried to force it up her skirt. Nezir Babiqi, 51, was said to have shoved his hand between the woman’s legs three times when she fell asleep in the back of his car.
