Miraculous escapes of crossbow attack victims

A delivery driver sliced a man’s ear with a crossbow bolt as he used a high powered hunting weapon to shoot two members of the public in random attacks. The 19-year-old victim had a miraculous escape when Andrew Ramdeen, 30, targeted him in Uxbridge.
