Mobile phone claim which could net users over £100 is approved

A £1.1 billion ‘loyalty penalty’ claim against the country’s largest mobile phone operators has been approved by the Competition Appeal Tribunal. The companies used their market dominance to overcharge on up to 10.9 million UK mobile phone contracts, it is claimed.
