Mosque leader’s son ‘murdered in drugs dispute’

The son of a mosque leader was stabbed to death in his car in a drugs dispute, a court heard. Daniel MacLeod, 37, left Abdul Deghayes, 20, bleeding to death on a Brighton street after stabbing him in the leg, arm and buttocks and driving away.
