Mother ‘rammed dirty pants into son’s mouth’

A woman forced dirty underpants in her son’s mouth and injured her daughter with a toy elephant, a court heard. Susan Wynne-Wilson, 69, allegedly kicked and bit Rosa when she was as young as four and assaulted Daniel when he was just two.
