‘Murdered with zombie knife’

An accused killer stabbed a young father to death with a zombie-style knife in an ongoing feud, the Old Bailey heard. Romeo Mapeza, 18, allegedly knifed James Amadu, 26, during a ‘fight’ in Blossom Lane, Enfield, north London on 31 October last year. Gareth Patterson, QC, prosecuting, said the ‘large zombie-style knife passed right through the torso of the deceased.’ James Scobie QC, defending Mapeza, said: ‘These are very unusual times.
