Neighbour attacked dog with plank

An irate neighbour knocked a man’s teeth out and beat his dog over the head with a plank of wood, a court heard. Bhupesh Malhi, 39, allegedly smashed down Laurence Reid’s front door and made his way to the kennel to attack his dog named ‘Tiger’.
