New Year’s Eve party goer killed by uninsured driver

A New Year Eve’s reveller was hit and killed by a disqualified and uninsured driver in a speeding hire car, a court heard. Muhammed Gure, 26, was doing up to 50mph in VW Golf when he collided with 50-year-old Paul Campbell outside Earls Court Tube station in the early hours in New Year’s Day 2021.
