Notting Hill carnival knifeman Rumarni Tuitt gets 18 years for horrific attack

A Notting Hill carnival knifeman has been jailed for 18 years after he left a stranger with his intestines hanging out his body. Kamani Spooner was enjoying the final day of the event when he was stabbed five times with a zombie knife by Rumarni Tuitt, 19.
