A nurse who pretended to have a serious heart condition so she could take three weeks off work has been struck off. Sasha Abrahams faked a letter from a doctor saying she had Infective Endocarditis to get time off from her job in the acute assessment unit at Watford General Hospital. She produced a letter supposedly signed by a Dr D Lipkin of Spire Hospital and gave it to her to her line manager on 22 January last year. But…
