Nurse gave wrong drugs because two patients were called ‘Roger’

A Polish nurse who muddled up two patients called ‘Roger’ and injected one with the other’s painkillers has escaped being struck off. Roger Allardyce, 78, died four days after Magdalena Starzynska, 38, administered the wrong patient with the anaesthetic Midazolam.
