Nurse gets caution for stealing codeine

A nurse who stole 20 boxes of powerful painkillers for her own use has been given a five-year caution order. Nicola Foster, who worked at Aintree Hospital on Merseyside, nicked the painkillers from the critical care department at the hospital before she was caught in November 2014, the Nursing and Midwifery Council heard.
