Office manager pinched £20,000

An office manager has admitted fleecing her employer out of more than £20,000 after she was fired. Damini Shah, 26, transferred clients’ cash to her own account at recruitment firm Papry Ltd between January and August 2020. Shah appeared at Inner London Crown Court dressed in a fur gilet and admitted three counts of fraud by abuse of position, totalling £20,538.
