Paramedic bungled care of dying girl

A senior paramedic who left his junior in charge of a dying 13-year-old has been struck off. Stephen Dean did not recognise the young girl was having a ‘life threatening’ asthma attack when he went to her London home with a colleague on 19 June 2018.
