A pastor’s son sprayed ‘is a racist’ on Sir Winton Churchill’s statue in Parliament Square during Extinction Rebellion protests, a court heard. Benjamin Clark, 18, caused outrage when wrote the words in yellow paint causing £1,642.03 damage during the climate protest on Thursday 10 September.
