Patisserie Valerie bosses in court on fraud charges
The ex finance director of Patisserie Valerie has appeared in court charged with fraud. Christopher Marsh, 49, indicated a not guilty plea to a charge of defrauding the company’s shareholders and creditors between October 2015 and October 2018. Marsh, the former director and chief finance officer of Patisserie Holdings Plc, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court along with his wife, accountant Louise Marsh, 55, deputy Pritesh Mistry, 41, and financial consultant Nileshkumar Lad, 50.
