Pissed in the operating theatre

A hospital worker was so drunk at work he was slurring his words and swaying while he was holding himself up on an operating room table. Paul Hicks alarmed two colleagues at Spire Bushey Hospital in Watford, Herts, when he turned to work up visibly under the influence.
