Police officer ‘stroked woman’s leg’

A Met Police officer has denied stroking a woman’s leg and kissing her without her consent. PC Tom Devine, 32, attached to the Met Operations Roads and Transport unit, allegedly assaulted the complainant in north London while off-duty on 9 April last year.
