A Polish delivery driver crushed a pedestrian to death when he reversed his Mercedes van without checking his mirrors, a court heard. Sebastian Majewski, 36, did not check to see if anyone was behind him and hit pedestrian Lana Genus as she crossed the entrance to a yard.
