Pot in his pants

A cannabis smoker was caught with a small quantity of the drug in his underpants. Tarik El Mzouri, 20, was stopped by police while walking down Appleford Road, Ladbroke Grove, on August 20 last year. When searching him officers found some cannabis that he said was for personal use Southwark Crown Court heard.
