Man in his sixties was behind ‘Powder Plot’ that terrorised schools, shops and airports, court hears

An alleged terrorist accused of sending letters containing suspect white powder to schools, shopping centres and businesses appeared in court today (fri). Gary Preston, 63, suggested to the Westfield shopping centres in east and west London that the powder was deadly in an alleged six-week campaign of terror.
