Jail for private tutor Obeten Ovat who preyed on his students

A private tutor who preyed on children in their own homes has been jailed for 13 years. Nigerian Obeten Ovat, 48, abused three girls between the age of nine and 16 while teaching them maths and English. Ovat attacked the victims in their own homes, betraying the trust of their parents, Southwark Crown Court heard.
