Racist bar boss called cop a baboon

A bar manager who called a police officer a baboon and bit his hand was spared jail. Peter Rosser, 31, drunkenly threatened a cabbie driving him through Chelsea, southwest London, last August. Rosser raised his fists aggressively prompting the driver to stop and alert police officers who arrested him.
